This locked gate obstructs pedestrian access to the North Shore of Pembroke River
Works to allow acess to the Barrage for maintenance
This will be built up as a tarmaced road to allow acess for an eighty tonne crane. All this done by stealth with no public notice or consultation. PCC at its best business as normal.
