Planning Application
This is a major development which will provide a precedent and destroy the medieval settlement pattern of Pembroke. Fifteen appartments with roads in the back gardens of the listed buildings on the Main Street. The walls have been stripped of vegetation by PCC to identify those worthy of conservation even though these are the most important definers of the Conservation Area. The developer has been accumulating these plots for fifty years and must get planning permission before the Orders about development in gardens is published (if ever). If you want a precedent see 39 Main Street to Westgate Chapel to see previous similar institutional vandalism.
