Tattoo Parlour Pembroke

Planning permission has been applied for to add an extra storey to this building in a Conservation Area. The Development Officer gave permission for demolition to continue "to repair a leak". Presumably the roof is now to be repaired before Conservation Area permission is applied for and given for demolition and Planning Consent given for the replacement building.
As always the building has been allowed to become derelict so that locals call for its demolition.

Hentland

Chestnut trees at Burton Court Hereford. The seven chestnuts at Hentland could grow like these if the grazing animals were kept away from the trees. Cattle seem to like browsing the suckers. If the suckers are not allowed to flourish the central tree fails, as at Hentland.

Legal Problems

Photography, and Police Illegal use of section 27 legislation. Effectively it is an arrestable offence to take photographs any where if the Police deem it to be so .
When it happens make a formal complaint to the relevant Chief Constable and DEMAND that the identified police officers be suspended from duty ,until a formal Disciplinary Hearing.
If they confiscate cameras charge the individual officer with theft.
PLEASE take this seriously it can happen to you. It makes all our efforts in CPRW to monitor development illegal . For further information email oldlabour1@gmail.com
